how long is a therapy session?

Most sessions are 45 minutes though 30 and 60-minute sessions may be offered depending on the individual need. All home-based services will be at least 45-60 minutes.

what are your rates?

Speech/Language therapy sessions are $110 per 45 minute session. A travel fee will be added for home visits more than 10 miles from the Ambler area.

A typical evaluation lasts 60-90 minutes and is charged at a flat rate fee of $300. More involved assessments that go beyond this time frame will be billed at the hourly rate. A good faith estimate will be provided beforehand.

WHEN DO I PAY?

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit, & venmo.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our business is based out of Ambler, PA but we travel to you. We provide services in the comfort of your own home, or if needed in your child’s daycare or school with permission. We travel to families in Montgomery and Bucks County PA.

do you offer virtual sessions?

Virtual speech/language therapy services may be utilized depedning on the needs of the individual. All evaluations will take place in person.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

I am out of network with insurance panels. Many insurance companies offer out of network benefits. Clients are encouraged to check their out of network benefits prior to scheduling an appointment. We would be happy to provide a superbill after sessions that may be submitted to an insurance company for reimbursement. We also accept HSA & FSA payments.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY CHILD NEEDS SPEECH/LANGUAGE THERAPY?

You may have had family members or teachers mention that they have a hard time understanding your child. You may notice that when compared to other children their age they don’t follow directions as well or their sentence structure and vocabulary are not as complex. You may simply have a gut feeling that something is off. Book a free phone consultation to find out if your child may be in need of a speech/language evaluation.
